Sledge Leonidas, Chairman, Haiti
Sledge is an entrepreneur with a diverse background and several years of experience in business administration and project management within the healthcare and community-based sectors. Parallel to his professional duties, he is actively involved in numerous international and local philanthropic and public service endeavors with his work encompassing healthcare consultation, community development, mentorship, and cultural enrichment across various communities.
Sledge was instrumental in forming the Houston Caribbean Professional Association and currently serves as chairman on the organization’s board of directors. He is also the vice chairman for Houston Haitians United and is a strong advocate for education enrichment, economic independence, and health and social equity.
Sledge is a talented performer and musician who is fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole. He earned a B.S. in Biology and a Minor in Business from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA
