Noel Rock, Treasurer & Membership,                  Barbados

Noel is a devoted hospital administrator, author, and public speaker. Presently, he serves as the Treasurer and Member Intake Lead for HCPA. He also serves on the organization’s fundraising, membership and Give2Serve committees.

With a deep-rooted passion for success, fellowship, and service to others, Noel continues to be an active participant in every initiative commenced by the organization. As a proud & active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., he lives by their motto each day in his personal and professional life: “Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor.”

Noel is an avid reveler and Soca aficionado. He graduated from the State University of New York College at Old Westbury with a B.S. in Psychology in 2003.
